Things I do
Here’s a list of jobs I undertake but, as you can imagine, the list can't be completely comprehensive. It’s more of an imagination provoker, something to make you think about your home and life and how someone like me could help you out or do the things you only ever get around to thinking about.
Decorating
Moving in, moving out, change of colour, freshening up, getting visitors, new additions, flown the nest or just plain old self indulgence… There’s a lot of reasons to decorate and it is amazing how much of a difference it can make. It’s a job that most of us can do but there’s many good reasons to ask an experienced person to do it. Time, tools, speed and finish to mention a few.

Carpentry / General DIY
Some of my most frequently asked for services are difficult to label or define in any particular category. Most involve wooden things of some description and most involve fitting, screwing together or hanging up so I thought to put them here.

Electrics
Probably known as the “Black Arts” or “Magic” to most. Confusing, disturbing and complicated to the rest. Experience helps.
As with many things, I will tell you if I cannot or should not undertake something. Experienced I am, professionally qualified I am not.

Plumbing
Another of the more daunting tasks for most. Not as dangerous as electrics have the potential to be but it can cause small catastrophies, and a right mess as well. When you know what you are doing it is pretty straight forward stuff but really does need a good amount of experience. As with certain electrical work, I will not undertake anything at all to do with gas fitting. Quite simply, I’m not qualified. But I know a man who is!

Moving
Apparently one of the most stressful things that we have to do. But even for the experienced a helping hand or two can make the difference between tearing your hair out and stepping back from the madness with a cup of tea. General
There are so many different things to do and look after around the home. Defining all of them for a handyman is near impossible. That’s where the “General” description comes in, because some things just don’t fit anywhere else. My job is nothing if not diverse…

Over fifeteen years of varying experience ranging from city clubs to Europes largest exhibition centre, the N.E.C in the U.K. Scotland Yard confirmation of no criminal record, excellent references including Ambassadorial, smart, confident and discreet. Excellent people skills, non drinker, observant and firm without being aggressive.
